"Am i losing it?" Mama Moments: Video Post.

some of my recent "am i losing it?"
 mama moments.
1. searching the house for the poptarts and finding them where i put them...in the fridge.
2. finding myself in public doing the mama sway even when i'm not holding a baby.
3. almost getting into the shower with my bra on.
4. In an e-mail to a client i wrote editional instead of additional....nice.
5. returning the swiffer i bought because it didn't work..only to come home with a new one to find it not working as well.....steaming in the shower planning what i'm going to say to the manager when i return it again....only to be told by my husband when i got out that he found the place where the batteries go........doh.

please tell me i am not the only one experiencing this brain loss from motherhood exhaustion?!?... ;)

lately with the move i've been feeling slightly unorganized.. Which makes it hard to take care of the two baby girls.. especially when you are trying to do a diaper change and the diapers you just bought are hidden behind a wall of boxes that got moved around from unpacking..things like that are slowing me down. We are still getting everything back to normal in the kitchen as well so i haven't been able to cook meals like i want to. I was starting to feel overwhelmed and not the world's greatest mother but realized after having a great conversation with my husband that things are coming together..and as i pulled sophia out of the car with a sucker stuck to her pants i prayed for some patience and graces to get through the chaos of the move with two little ones. Today was actually one of the first days where i had the girls to myself most of the day and i got a lot done and made some progress with getting unpacked. ::shocking:: so who cares about those ding dong moments..i just need to believe in myself more..that i actually know what i'm doing as a mom..i can do this! shower or not.  ;) and so can you.

my sweeties.

my mornings. very glamorous. ;)

good morning photos from my ipod touch..my new toy, it's so fun. but sophia seems to think it his her new toy....working on that. :)

would love to hear some of your mama moments! As women and mothers i really feel like we should support each other! help each other to laugh at the craziness of our days and encourage one another. we don't need to think we have to be perfect...and we should believe in ourselves more. so for those of you who have been feeling like you are losing it sometimes and not sailing through your days feeling like you have it all under control...you are not alone. :)
